5 important things for e-commerce marketing

I have started my own e-commerce platform in 2015 and then sold the products on Big platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Then I have worked with many companies as a freelancer in Facebook Ads & Google ads even with e-commerce companies, I observe things very deeply and found 5 important things of e-commerce that every company should do.

1.) Make a Brand – People relate themselves with mission and vision. Make a core value of your business what do you want to do. With excellent reviews, 31% of consumers are likely to spend 31% more on products and services from businesses, on the other side negative reviews can take away 22% of customers.

2.) SEO – Search Engine Optimization is one of the most important elements in the marketing of the e-commerce industry. Many of the marketers don’t consider it as it is a long term process. But believe me, you’ll be a love it once it’ll start providing its result.

3.) Quality Images or Video of Product – in the initial time of businesses don’t take this section seriously but this is one of the most crucial things you have to think about. Studies show that people remember 80% of what they see and 20% of what they read.

4.) Email Marketing – Email Marketing is the treasure of the business. You can drive an interesting prospect to a shopper and from a shopper to a regular shopper. 

5.) Use User-Generated Content (UGC) – In the past days, User-Generated content becomes one of the most sales-driven content. In a study around 100% like the recommendations. 

I have seen many business shutdowns including me even if they are perfect in few skills out of these 5.
